Affidavit, 1934
Affidavit requested by Hadi Ashraf and Ibrahim Ashraf, the inheritors of Mirza Hashim, from farmers, business owners, and knowledgeable people of Sang Siyah and Kazirun Gate, to testify that Shahzadah Khanum, wife of Abu al-Qasim Abu al-Varadi, has broken into and taken possession of the room above a stable located at Sarduzak neighborhood of Shiraz, and now claims its ownership. Seven people have signed the affidavit.

Petition written by Biman‘ali Najjar [the carpenter] to Fars Justice Department requesting to summon his wife, Khanum Nubar, to retrieve his possessions from her, which she took forty days ago, and then left the house without her husband's permission and went to ‘Ali Akbar Najjar's house.

Statement of Khanum Muhtaram Mahmud-zadah Sabit against Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar, 1934
Statement written by Khanum Muhtaram Mahmud-zadah Sabit, landowner and resident of Sarduzak, to the court of Fars against Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar, farmer and resident of Dihkurah, requesting Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar to pay what he owes based on a settlement between them over the benefits of half of the land known as Khilak for five hundred rials per year. Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar hasn't paid the taxes for the last two years and the landowner had to pay them. Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar has also usurped the other half of the land. On the margin, Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar denies the statement.
